- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Honestly avoid this clinic for MRIs if you're an athlete or anyone serious. I'm a professional dancer currently taken in charge by some of the Montreal Canadiens sports medicine team - I had MRIs done at Radiologie Montérégie in March and at Radiologie Dix30 few weeks ago and the difference in unbelievable. This clinic costs 60$ more for a LOT LESS Service. Came in and felt like I was in a public clinic not something I paid 700$ for. Technician who did my scan barely looked interested, barely talked to me to know my symptoms and It was all just very inpersonal and cold. Radiology report was 4 lines long. They literally just looked at the area written on the request and wrote everything ok. No further analysis, and missed a tendon tear that I'm already diagnosed with that was seen on imaging by other professionals months ago. They really did the bare minimum in every way and it's clear that this is a business more than a medical service. I know people have written that the service was rude - personally all the receptionnists both on the phone and in person were nice and helpful so thats the only thing I can't complain about. In comparison, Radiologie Montérégie in Longueuil from beginning to end was a top notch private facility with amazing service. They sat me down in a private cubicle with a technician who listened to how I got injured, all my symptoms and offered to take pictures of 2 more areas since I was already there to rule out misdiagnosis because my symptoms could be related to several different injuries. I received a 2 pages long report (vs 4 lines at Dix30) with an in-depth analysis, using medical terms - to give me as much information as possible for my sports doctors to use. All of this for 60$ less than what Dix30 charges. Honestly just avoid the clinic for MRIs. Receptionnists were nice with me but you 100% do not get what you pay for especially for private imaging and for the analysis done. I had to call my sports doctor to have another radiologist look at the MRIs.by Peter ChrastinaJuly 13, 2017
